Our Farm Outreach Programs
Education and community involvement are central to our work and life here at Makemake Farm. It is part of our mission to inspire and educate others and we achieve this through the following engaging and enriching outreach programs:
Camp Makemake
A sleepaway summer camp for 6 to 14 year olds.
Come and join us for an eco-adventure this summer. Learn about and experience life and work on an organic farm. We offer a wide range of formative, educational and fun activities: watersports, farm activities, nature trails, campfires, arts and crafts, cookery and more.

Makemake Organic & Sustainable Workshops
Sharing, learning and growing together.
We create workshops and provide technical assistance for organic farmers, gardeners, and consumers. We also work collaboratively with local schools, colleges and universities to provide hands-on learning in organic growing and sustainable farming.
